Prescribed Pediatric Extended Care Center Enrollment
Are you ready to enroll your special needs child in our Prescribed Pediatric Extended Care (PPECC) center? We care for children that are in their infancy all the way up to 21 years of age for up to 12 hours a day.
Additionally, our services can range from medication administration to tube feeding and tracheostomy care, as well as several other medical conditions that require compassionate and skilled medical care.
We will work with you to provide provider-supervised transportation to your child to ease the difficulty that transportation can present to busy parents.

How to Enroll
Here is a breakdown of our enrollment process and next steps:
1. Call today to schedule an initial assessment. Take a tour of our facility while our trained staff members answer all of your questions and gather the information necessary to determine the eligibility of your child.
2. Once the initial assessment has been completed, we will require a physician’s order to enroll your child in our program.
3. Upon receiving a physician’s order, a Plan of Care will be developed based on your preferences and that of your physician.
4. Once your child has been enrolled, we will work with you to assist in coordinating your special needs child to and from our location with provider-supervised transportation.
