David is the Founder/CEO of Sunshine Pediatric Day Center. With a background as both a lawyer and health care entrepreneur he brings a vast array of experience to his mission of helping the children in our community.

David is the Founder/CEO of Sunshine Pediatric Day Center. With a background as both a lawyer and health care entrepreneur he brings a vast array of experience to his mission of helping the children in our community.

Dr. Vincent J. Wang

Medical Director – Dallas

Vincent J. Wang, MD, MHA, graduated from medical school at Boston University School of Medicine in 1993.

He completed pediatric residency at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles in 1996, and his pediatric emergency medicine fellowship at Children’s Hospital Boston in 1999.

He was the Chief Fellow during his final year of fellowship. After fellowship, Dr. Wang returned to Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, and was the Fellowship Director from 2000 to 2006, and the Associate Division Head from 2006 to 2018. He also completed a Masters of Health Administration at the University of Southern California in 2010.

He is currently Division Chief of Pediatric Emergency Medicine at UT Southwestern in Dallas, and is a Professor of Pediatrics and Emergency Medicine.

Dr. Vincent J. Wang

Medical Director – Dallas

Vincent J. Wang, MD, MHA, graduated from medical school at Boston University School of Medicine in 1993.

He completed pediatric residency at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles in 1996, and his pediatric emergency medicine fellowship at Children’s Hospital Boston in 1999.

Medical Director

Medical Director

Dr. Jared Friedman is currently a Pediatric Emergency Medicine Physician at Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital where he cares for critically-ill and injured children each and every day.

He trained in both Pediatrics and Pediatric Emergency Medicine in the New York City and Washington DC Metropolitan Area, respectively, and comes to sunny Florida to make a difference in the lives of our precious children.

Outside of medicine, his interests include reading historical books, traveling around the world and hanging with his Friends and Family. Dr. Friedman is excited and honored to be partnered with Sunshine Pediatric Day Center.

Claire Jones, R.N.

Administrator – Hollywood

Claire is originally from New York and moved to South Florida where she began working at Sunshine Kids Pediatric Care as a Director of Nursing and quickly transitioned into the Administrator role in our Florida facilities.

Claire now serves as the Regional Operations Manager in Texas and oversees the growth, development, and operations over several facilities across the state.

Claire is a dedicated pediatric nurse who loves working at Sunshine PPECC and helping our children grow each day.

Giselle Crombie

Administrator – Ft. Lauderdale

Before joining Sunshine, Giselle worked in Healthcare Administration serving as a liaison between Patient Access, Billing, Medical Records, and Case Management in a large South Florida hospital. She had a large team under her, where she focused on operational development, compliance, and delivering an exceptional patient experience.

Managing the Patient Access Department gave her the opportunity to assist patients from the beginning of the scheduling process through the time of service. Here, she was able to build relationships with the patients, helping them understand the hospital process and providing them with information on resources available to them.

Ready for a change focused on improving lives, she was excited to bring her knowledge and experience to the Sunshine team. She is committed to operational excellence and strives to ensure each child feels like Sunshine is their second home.
